Start by adding your band members in the left panel. Give each one a name, role and colour — these are used to colour-code who sings what. Reorder the party with the ▲▼ arrows; the order syncs to the cloud and follows the band everywhere, including shared links.

Add songs to your gig. Paste in the full lyrics — use a blank line between verses and choruses to create section breaks. Reorder the setlist by dragging the ≡ handle on each song (or the ▲▼ arrows on desktop); the new order syncs to the cloud and to everyone in the band.

Open a song, select a member in the ASSIGN bar and drag across words to colour-code who sings each part. Drag over the same words again to deselect. On phones and tablets, drag with your finger — tap ✕ NONE to release the member and scroll the page normally again.

Activate ★ CUE in the ASSIGN bar and click any line to add a stage note after it — e.g. "Sax player walks on stage" or "Drop the beat here".

Set the BPM of the track and the timestamp when the first vocal line hits (e.g. 0:32). In playback, the lyrics auto-scroll at exactly the right speed — hit Play when the track starts and the app counts down and begins scrolling automatically.

If the lyrics scroll too fast, try halving the BPM (e.g. 157 → 78.5). If they scroll too slow, double it.

Some lines don't follow the song's pulse — a double-time rap verse flies by in half the time. Hit ♪ TEMPO in the ASSIGN bar and click any line to cycle its speed: ×1 → 2X → ½X. A 2X line scrolls in half the time, a ½X line in double.

Marked lines get a blue badge (⏩ 2X / ⏪ ½X) visible in both edit and playback — so the whole band sees the tempo shift coming.

Open a song and hit the upload icon to upload the actual track — it becomes a speaker once audio is attached. You get a waveform you can click to seek, and a ⊙ SET START HERE button to pin exactly where the scrolling should begin. With audio attached, playback and lyrics stay locked together.

Open a song and hit ▶ PLAY in the playback bar — the lyrics auto-scroll right where they are, with the current line highlighted. Use ◀ NUDGE and NUDGE ▶ in the same bar to step a line back or forward, or click any line to jump straight to it.

Use the GIGS dropdown to switch between setlists. Songs from your Catalog can be reused across gigs without re-entering lyrics.

The folder icon on a song saves it to your Catalog — your personal song library (open the song to reveal it on phones). A confirmation pops up at the bottom of the screen. Pull songs back into any gig with + FROM CATALOG, lyrics and all.

SHARE creates a read-only link to your setlist — colours, cues and all — that anyone can open without an account. PDF exports a printable version for taping to the stage floor, old school style.

One band member is the Conductor — when they hit Play, Stop or Nudge, every member's device follows in real time. Invite your band to the gig, open the CONDUCTOR tab, and the set owner picks who leads.

If a device feels slightly behind, open ⚙ DIAG in the CONDUCTOR tab and adjust SYNC OFFSET (MS) — positive values make that device advance more. Calibrate once per device on your rehearsal-room wifi and it sticks.

While a song is playing, the app keeps your screen awake — no dimming or locking mid-verse. The screen is released the moment you stop playback.

The SKIN bar swaps the whole look of the app — each theme has its own living, animated backdrop. Find one that matches your band and make the stage yours.

The SFX toggle turns the retro sound effects on or off. The ⚔ DEEDS tab tracks your XP and achievements — yes, managing setlists earns you levels. You are the hero of this quest, after all.
